Jika anda menghadapi masalah log masuk ke sistem ePerolehan menggunakan kad pintar ataupun mendapat ralat seperti berikut:

'Certificate Check Failed: CVP/2.0 600 Invalid Certificate. Please ensure that you have installed the client module in your PC. Go to https://home.eperolehan.com.my/en/downloads/utilities.aspx for detail instruction'

Sila buat seperti berikut:

1. Layari ke https://home.eperolehan.com.my/bm/default.aspx
2. Pergi ke Tajuk Muat Turun/Utiliti Kad Pintar
3. Sila muat turun "ePerolahan Access Module 2.1b yang terbaru
4. Klik cdcscsetup2.1b.exe
5. Patuhi arahan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemasanagan "ePerolehan Access Module"
6. Setelah selesai, sila tutup and hidupkan kembali komputer anda
