Procedures for Registration using the ePerolehan System

Steps for registration using the ePerolehan system:
  1. To understand the steps of the ePerolehan registration, please click here (for suppliers) or here (for consultants).
  2. Upon submitting your registration application online, you are required to submit the Ministry of Finance Declaration Form along with the other supporting documents to the following address:

  3. You will be informed of the outcome of your registration application by mail from the Ministry of Finance.
  4. For a registration which has been approved, you are required to make a registration payment of RM450.00 (Malaysian Ringgit Four Hundred and Fifty Only) payable to "COMMERCE DOT COM SDN. BHD." at the following address:

    Please note that once your registration is approved, your registration is valid for 3 years from the date of issue . Please renew your registration 3 months before the date of expiry. Once your registration has expired, you will need to submit a re-application with payment and relevant supporting documents.

    • You may make payment using credit card (Visa/Master), cheque, money order, postal order, bank draft or direct credit through any Maybank branches.
    • For bank payments made outside Klang Valley, you will incur a commission fee at rates determined by the Bank.

    • Please ensure that you submit a copy of the Ministry of Finance approval letter while making payment (except for direct credit payment via Maybank).
    • The Registration Certificate will be issued by the Ministry of Finance in 14 days after registration payment has been settled with Commerce Dot Com Sdn. Bhd. All Registration Certificates will be sent by registered post to the Company, and no other parties is permitted to collect the certificate at the counter.

Important

  1. You will need to submit the Ministry of Finance Declaration Form along with the supporting documents to the Ministry of Finance. Please note that the ePerolehan Registration Confirmation Form is for your copy.
  2. To check your application status, you will only need to log in at the supplier/consultant registration screen using the Login ID which had been created when submitting your application.
  3. Ensure that you remember your Login ID and your password so that you may log in at any time.
