What is a Startup Pack?

Startup Pack is your introduction to ePerolehan electronic procurement system through a gradual guideline. It was developed especially to assist you through your procurement process with the Government to ensure smooth progression.

Startup Pack is an inclusive guideline that provides a set of comprehensive instructions on how you can start procuring with the Government upon the completion of your registration with the Ministry of Finance through ePerolehan. This Startup Pack is distributed at no charge to all newly registered suppliers.

This Startup Pack is prepared in Acrobat Reader format. If you have this software installed in your computer system, please click to download your Startup Pack.

However, if you do not have this software or unsure if you have one, you may obtain your Startup Pack through a number of processes:

1. To check whether you have Acrobat Reader installed in your computer system, please click on the icon or the link below:

2. If you can read the document, you already have Acrobat® Reader installed. Otherwise, please proceed with the installation instructions below.

Installation Instructions

1. Click on the icon below to download the free Adobe® Acrobat Reader for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.

   

2. Use the Save to Disk function of your web browser to save it to a folder (typically C:\temp or C:\My Downloads, etc.).
3. After the download has completed, browse to the directory where the file was downloaded. Double-click the downloaded file ('ar505enu.exe').
4. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
