ePerolehan Service Counter & eP Shoppe

We have set up totaled of three ePerolehan Service Counters located at Bahagian Pengurusan Perolehan Kerajaan, Ministry of Finance complexes in Putrajaya, Sabah and Sarawak.

Apart from the ePerolehan Service Counters, we have also established a service center called eP Shoppe Petaling Jaya.

Our objective of the ePerolehan Service Counters and eP Shoppe service centers set up is to provide better service level as well to assist suppliers on the transaction with the Government for the procurement of Government's products and services via ePerolehan system. This is also to cater to current registration needs further to an overwhelming numbers of registered suppliers nationwide.

With the establishment of the ePerolehan Service Counters and eP Shoppe service centers, we have full confidence in providing efficient services in line to Treasury's instruction to void any transaction on the manual supplies of products and services:

  • providing guidance and assistance for suppliers who do not have the infrastructure to access ePerolehan
  • providing assistance on supplier registration related matters and the updated information pertaining to ePerolehan
  • providing advise and consultancy on steps to be enabled supplier
  • providing clarification and assistance to enable supplier to transact with the Government via online
