Q1. What are the facilities and services offered at eP Shoppe and how are the charges like?
In eP Shoppe, we provide facilities of a “One stop centre” to suppliers such as PC Pool services, printing, e-mail, faxing, purchasing of the smart card reader, enablement CD, Computer Based Training (CBT) and some other counter services. The charges imposed are standardised at all of our eP Shoppe service centres based on the approved tariff rates (Please refer to the list of eP Shoppe services for the tariff rates of each service).
Q2. What is the difference between ePerolehan service counter and eP Shoppe?
In terms of counter services, the ePerolehan service counter and eP Shoppe are basically similar. The difference is that the eP Shoppe operations offers additional chargeable facilities. In eP Shoppe, suppliers may use our services offered at fee such as printing of ePerolehan registration related documents, faxing, e-mail and other services offered.
Q3. What are the operating hours for eP Shoppe and ePerolehan service counter?
Our eP Shoppe service centres' operating hours are from 9.00 a.m. till 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, ePerolehan service counter operating hours are from 7.30 a.m. till 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
Q4. My premise is located outside of Klang Valley. Are there any guidance or maps provided to help me locate the ePerolehan service counter or the eP Shoppe service centres?
To help suppliers locate the nearest service centres, suppliers are advised to refer to the addresses and the location maps made available for ePerolehan service counter and eP Shoppe service centres.
Q5. I notice there are few names for your ePerolehan premises such as ePerolehan service counter, eP Shoppe and eP Service Points. What are the differences among these three premises?
The eP service counter is located within the Ministry of Finance complex (a Government building) wherein our well-trained staff are placed together with officers from Bahagian Pengurusan Perolehan Kerajaan at the counter to assist suppliers on any ePerolehan transactions and registration matters. eP Shoppe is established and owned solely by Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDCSB). Meanwhile, eP Service Points are our appointed Registered Ministry of Finance businesses owned by private entities or sole proprietary to assist suppliers on ePerolehan transactions and registrations matters. Our objectives are the same ie. to provide accessibility to ePerolehan and assistance to Government suppliers on ePerolehan related matters, consultancy and support for the suppliers’ convenience.
