Live support: ePerolehan's "e-support"

  • ePerolehan Live Support is a live chat system that has been set up to enhance and improve customer's experience with ePerolehan. Through this Live Support, we are able to provide secure, real-time support for customers without having to go offline while facing queries at any point in ePerolehan. The ePerolehan Live Support seamlessly connects to the user via simple text chat as well as page pushing where helpful guides, links or web pages are 'pushed' to your browser. It also provides you with another channel of contact with ePerolehan Customer Support in addition to the traditional phone support.
  • This initiative helps to bring ePerolehan closer to Government users and its suppliers. It also allows you to converse with a site operator(s) who are able to answer all types of queries with speed and efficiency.

ePerolehan live support features:

    • Live Chat - the system provides a user-friendly web chat interface whereby you can initiate a chat session with an ePerolehan customer support representative.
