ePerolehan Smart Card Care
Tips for ePerolehan cardholders.

  1. Report lost or stolen cards immediately to our Customer Service at 03-8312-2525 or e-mail to bantuan@eperolehan.com.my
  2. Protect your cards as if they were cash or valuables. Do not leave them unattended at anytime.
  3. Never disclose your PIN number to anyone.
  4. When changing your PIN number, always avoid the obvious - your name, telephone number, date of birth, or any combination.
  5. Never write down your PIN number- memorise it.
  6. Never give your ePerolehan card serial number or PIN over the phone, unless you are dealing with an authorised ePerolehan body, such as the Ministry of Finance, Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd, or the Certification Authority (CA). Ask for information in writing from the company that is making the request.
  7. Always ensure that you remove your card from the reader after access.
  8. Make a record of your ePerolehan card serial number and ePerolehan Customer Service telephone number for reporting lost or stolen cards. Keep that list in a safe place.
  9. Know who has access to your cards. If someone has borrowed your ePerolehan card, with or without your knowledge, you may be responsible for his or her wrongdoing in the ePerolehan system.
Additional ePerolehan Smart Card Request
For the additional smart card request, the User can choose to either request additional smart card through online application or manual application. There are no maximum limits on the number of cards that can be applied by a company.

For online application, the Supplier Administrator needs to login to ePerolehan using smart card and request the card for his or her User. After submitting the online request, the supplier need to send the payment to the address stated in the website. The request will be process only upon payment of receipt.

For manual application, the authorized personnel of the company can request the additional smart card via the smart card request form can be downloaded from the ePerolehan website. The supplier can submit the completed form with the payment to the address stated in the form.
