Setting up your equipment to use eP

Step 3: Testing Your ePerolehan Smart Card and Pin
if your smart card reader is working fine, now you can test your smart card and PIN as per guideline below.

  1. Insert your ePerolehan smart card into the smart card reader. The gold colored chip should be inserted into the reader and you will be able to see your name on the card from front view of the smart card reader.
  2. At the “Smart Card Pin” on screen, enter your 8 digits PIN number given by the Certification Authority at the, then click “Log Masuk/Login”.
If your smart card and PIN number are working fine, you will be able to see your “Buletin Tindakan/Action Bulletin” screen.

Step 4: Smart Card PIN Change Guide
Smart card users may change their PIN number regularly to prevent any fraud. To do so, users must logon into the PIN change page at the URL below:

https://www.eperolehan.com.my/changepin.jsp


Important: Please key in all numeric values for the new PIN. e.g. 43561278

REMINDER:
Your PIN number and card are confidential and you should not disclose to anyone. You are strongly advised to change your PIN immediately after you have received it. To change your pin number, please refer to guideline at https://home.eperolehan.com.my/en/support/guide/pinguide.aspx.
